Banrimkwae – Paerimnam Resort ("we," "us," or "the Resort") has adopted DeepSeek AI as the AI engine powering our AI Agent, designed to answer customer inquiries and provide resort information through our official communication channels including LINE, Telegram, Facebook, and Email.

This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data when you interact with our AI Agent, and the rights you hold regarding that data. This policy supplements the Resort's main Privacy Policy.

When you converse with our AI Agent ("Fai"), we may collect the following information:

4.2 Data Transmitted to DeepSeek AI

When you send a message to our AI Agent, that message is transmitted via the DeepSeek AI API for processing and response generation. Data transmitted may include:

4.3 International Data Transfer

Because DeepSeek AI operates from the People's Republic of China, data you submit through the AI Agent may be transferred to and processed outside of the Kingdom of Thailand.
